Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or business fields.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities; detail-oriented and organized.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support customer engine’s failure investigations on defined projects.
• Communicate with OEM and Distributor account teams to share failure information.
• Coordinate return of failed parts to suppliers for analysis and containment actions.
• Assist in tracking project status and sharing learnings with teams.
• Maintain project notes and records, and help PM monitor progress.
