Job summary

Children's Health in Dallas is seeking a Manager of Quality and Patient Safety to lead the daily operation of the quality program, reduce variation and risk, and drive data‑driven improvements across the organization. This onsite role requires RN licensure and 7+ years in healthcare with 5+ years of leadership experience.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with Accreditation, Legal/Risk, Infection Prevention, and other departments to ensure program effectiveness and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Experience in a healthcare or clinical environment.
• At least 5 years Leadership experience or equivalent Preferred
• Registered Nurse license or eligible RN

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality and Patient Safety program, driving risk mitigation and data‑driven quality improvements.
• Oversee investigations of adverse events and patient complaints; lead safety culture initiatives.
• Collaborate with Accreditation, Legal/Risk, Infection Prevention, and other departments to ensure program effectiveness.

Education

BSN in Nursing

Masters Degree Preferred
