Qualifications

• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 12‑hour shifts.
• Punctuality and attendance are essential.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration with others.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and packaging specs.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting film and bags for color variation, width, length, seal strength and visual defects.
• Complete accurate quality checks and required paperwork on a timely basis.
• Pack film and bags in cartons, according to work order specifications.
• Verify weights and counts of product, while maintaining correct carton and skid counts.
• Weigh and manage scrap.
• Maintain the workstation in a clean, well-organized manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
