John Soules Foods is seeking a dedicated Packer/Grader 1st shift in Valley, AL. You will inspect, grade, and remove items not meeting quality standards after cooking, and verify that packaging is properly sealed. You will also assist with forming boxes for finished products and rotate on the pack-out line to support production needs.

The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, in a fast-paced, cold environment with PPE.
