• Commitment to continuous quality improvement and results-driven outcomes
• Knowledge of data entry into a database and ability to analyze information to improve performance

• Leadership: oversee data collection and analysis of staff for quality initiatives; ensure accuracy before reporting
• Planning and Organization: coordinate CMS/Joint Commission metrics and data abstraction
• Consultation: lead process improvement teams and provide guidance on quality issues
• Information technology: use statistics to create meaningful reports and support data validity
• Education: maintain certification in Quality and Performance Improvement
• Performs other duties as assigned
