Position Purpose:

With the Buckeye Health Plan Quality Team, you will do quality data reporting and analysis.

  • Design and monitor quality outcomes dashboards and scorecards for assigned programs and identify trends based on results.
  • Monitor and analyze program outcomes. Recommend and implement action plans based on outcomes. Perform baseline outcomes assessments and regular evaluations of performance to ensure readiness and compliance.
  • Provide feedback to senior leadership on key performance outcomes and address questions and concerns.
  • Conduct presentations to program stakeholders to provide data and insights to improve program performance.
  • Develop program components, support, and manage the implementation of assigned programs.
  • Identify and educate provider agencies on best practices to achieve optimal outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.
Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. At least 2 years of statistical or data analysis experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Skills:

Critical thinking skills

Ability to analyze data and identify member trends

Expertise in Excel and SQL

Predictive data modeling skills

Experience with data warehousing
