Job summary

Radiant is seeking a Quality Operations Specialist to run and improve Radiant’s Quality program as we scale. You will support recurring Quality activities, maintain infrastructure, and build data dashboards to reveal trends and risks.

You will work across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure practical, scalable processes and high-quality information. You will drive continuous improvement, develop expertise over time, and help ensure compliance while keeping operations efficient

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Quality, manufacturing, operations, engineering support, or related environment.
• Ability to turn ambiguous work into clear structure.
• Attention to detail with consistent closure of tasks.
• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, reporting, and business systems.
• Strong written communication for process docs, templates, and workflows.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Willingness to learn new processes and operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recurring Quality activities and records to keep programs effective.
• Maintain Quality infrastructure: templates, workflows, tools, systems, and documentation.
• Standardize document management, templates, and controlled information practices.
• Maintain data integrity by monitoring classifications and configuration data across systems.
• Build Quality Intelligence with dashboards, metrics, and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying friction and opportunities to improve processes.
• Support deployment and sustainment of new or revised Quality processes with engineers.
• Monitor program health including execution, actions, and compliance status.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to keep processes practical.
