Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in Columbia, SC seeks an experienced Lead Line Technician for Secondary Packaging. You will oversee line performance, set up equipment for scheduled production, and document startup settings in the maintenance log.

Responsibilities include assisting the supervisor, covering for shifts, maintaining clean, adjusted equipment, troubleshooting, and training new hires while adhering to GMP standards and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must pass a Drug Test.
• Must speak, write, and read English.
• Knowledge and experience in manufacturing and GMP environments.
• Ability to take accountability and drive results.
• Willingness to adapt to changing production priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor with overseeing Secondary Packaging.
• Cover for shift Supervisor when absent from the packaging area.
• Perform cleaning, adjustments and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot problems and assist with maintenance and repairs.
• Set up equipment for scheduled production and document startup settings.
• Write descriptive reports in the maintenance log book/MBR.
• Communicate with peers and supervisors.
