Job summary

Airgas in Jefferson, GA seeks a Lead Operations/Quality Technician to guide and sustain quality and safety programs across the facility. You will collaborate with the Plant/Facility Manager to ensure compliant, reliable, and high-quality production, driving improvements in GMP, SQF, HACCP, and related standards.

The role requires strong QA background, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate training, audits, and corrective actions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA in a processing environment.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide EPA, FDA, and Food Safety programs and audits.
• Maintain customer compliance log and investigate quality complaints.
• Provide technical resource support to all departments and update product specs.
