Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or operational analytics.
• Preferably within an OEM, Tier 1 automotive, or operations-heavy environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and maintain budgets for the Quality organization.
• Track and analyze actuals vs. budget across all Quality functions.
• Identify cost drivers and recommend corrective actions for efficiency.
