The New Mexico VA Health Care System seeks a Quality Management Consultant Nurse Coordinator to lead quality and patient safety initiatives within our Quality and Patient Safety Service. The role requires an RN licensed in good standing and graduates from an accredited nursing program, with strong English proficiency.

Qualified candidates will have nursing leadership experience and be prepared to coordinate improvement projects, assess risk, and collaborate with clinical teams.

Qualificações

• English language proficiency required.
• Graduate of nursing program approved by ACEN/CCNE or equivalent; licensure needed.
• Active RN license in a US state or territory; GNT exception noted.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate quality management activities within the Quality and Patient Safety Service.
• Support and lead nursing staff in quality initiatives and patient safety programs.
• Serve as a liaison for regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
