Join our growing organization in making a difference. We are seeking a Quality Nurse for our Onco360 Specialty Pharmacy in Louisville, KY. This is a Full-Time position, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm CST. The role can be worked remotely but requires living within a commutable distance to Louisville, KY.

Quality Nurse Position Summary: The Quality Nurse works across the organization to ensure quality patient care, participating in clinical and quality management activities such as audits, medical record reviews, and accreditation documentation. The role involves collaborating with the Director to develop processes, track quality metrics, and recommend improvements.

Major Responsibilities:

• Perform medical record audits and document opportunities for improvement.
• Interact telephonically with patients for counseling and assessments.
• Review patient diagnosis, therapy adherence, co-morbidities, and conduct re-assessments to improve quality of care.
• Develop auditing processes and training with the Director.
• Track and analyze quality results for continuous improvement.
• Complete assigned projects independently with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• BSN from an accredited school.
• 2+ years in specialty pharmacy, quality process, or patient care roles.
• Licensed RN in good standing in the practice state.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and patient education skills. Ability to work independently.
