Job summary

Aalberts Surface Technologies AA LLC is seeking a Quality Manager and Metallurgist to implement and control manufacturing quality systems and to lead the Quality department including Lab Techs and Quality Engineers.

The role covers development and analysis of heat treatment and coating processes for steel and aluminum parts, with responsibility for audit readiness under ISO, NADCAP, and IATF frameworks.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Metallurgy or related field.
• Minimum of five years manufacturing experience.
• Extensive knowledge of heat treating principles and quality control using SPC techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement and control all manufacturing quality systems.
• Lead Quality department including Lab Techs and Quality Engineers.
• Assist in developing high volume heat treatment and phosphate coating processes.
• Audite plant for ISO, NADCAP and IATF audits.
