You will apply thermodynamics, kinetics, diffusion, and material selection, while implementing quality controls and reporting outcomes.

The role requires problem-solving, statistical analysis, and proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Plex is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Metallurgy or Materials Science with emphasis in Ferrous Metallurgy or equivalent experience.
• 1–5 years developing/analyzing heat treatment processes and conducting statistical analysis and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze high volume heat treatment and phosphate coating processes for steel bars, castings and forgings.
• Maintain and assist in maintaining the IATF 16949 Quality Management System and provide training.
