Summary

The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining quality assurance and compliance programs to ensure contractual, operational, and regulatory standards are consistently met across all assigned sites. This role leads quality control initiatives through inspections, audits, compliance monitoring, reporting, and corrective action tracking to support a qualified, compliant, and mission‑ready security workforce.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of contract quality assurance and quality control operations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain inspection and audit processes based on contractual requirements, operational standards, and company policies.
  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled quality assurance inspections across designated sites.
  • Perform site evaluations and prepare detailed written reports outlining findings, trends, deficiencies, and corrective actions.
  • Analyze inspection data and performance metrics to identify areas for operational improvement and ensure continuous compliance.
  • Monitor security officer adherence to post orders, standard operating procedures, and contractual requirements.
  • Verify personnel qualifications and ensure all required certifications, licenses, and documentation remain accurate and current.
  • Support internal and external audits, validation processes, and client reviews by maintaining accurate records and quality documentation.
  • Collaborate with management teams to develop process improvements and implement best practices that enhance operational quality and contract performance.

Qualifications
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required. Some college education or business classes desirable.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in quality assurance, inspections, compliance monitoring, and field supervision. Civilian law enforcement, military law enforcement, or federal security operations preferred.
Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations using English language. Ability to write routine reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations, respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, other employees of the organization and the general public.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages. Ability to apply concepts as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills

Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and working knowledge of Internet programs.

Other Qualifications

Must be eligible for and maintain U.S. Government suitability for work on federal contracts and successfully support compliance requirements associated with the applicable contract quality standards.
