Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives across internal, customer, and supplier interfaces at our Scarborough, ME site. You will design and maintain quality plans, drive preventive methods, and ensure compliance with ISO and audit requirements while partnering with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.

The role requires 5–10 years in Engineering, Operations Quality & Reliability, with strong leadership in quality systems, process

Formación

• Audit experience in product, process, and system audits.
• Experience managing critical customer communication.
• Experience with Lean, 6S, zero defect manufacturing processes, inspection methods and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead internal, customer, and supplier quality initiatives.
• Develop and maintain quality plans and robust processes.
• Demonstrate preventive quality engineering methods, data analysis, and structured problem solving.
• Maintain quality ISO 9001, SSQA, and other audit processes in alignment with requirements.
• Develop and support continuous improvement with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Manage a team with responsibility for Customer, Internal, and Supplier quality and related audits.
