Job summary

Qualifications

Experience leading quality personnel.
Experience administering an ISO-based QMS in engineering/manufacturing.
Root-cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Internal and external quality audits experience.
Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
Familiarity with GMP and regulated-industry quality requirements.

Responsibilities

Maintain and improve Equilibar’s QMS and ensure quality processes are followed.
Coordinate quality activities, audits, corrective/preventive actions and risk management.
Work with cross-functional teams to address quality gaps and actions.
Lead supplier quality, audits, and performance improvements.
Develop and mentor the quality team while fostering ownership.
