Responsibilities

Job Description: Bluetti Power Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle quality control of our photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage installation projects in Houston, Texas. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the solar and energy storage industry, from design and construction to post-installation service.Responsibilities:Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Review and approve project designs and plans, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.Oversee all phases of installation, including planning, execution, and post-installation review.Coordinate with engineering, construction, and service teams to identify and resolve quality issues.Develop training programs for installation teams to ensure adherence to best practices.Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure ongoing compliance with quality standards.Manage customer feedback and implement improvements to installation processes.Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to maintain quality throughout the supply chain.Prepare regular reports on quality metrics, challenges, and improvement plans.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the solar energy or energy storage industry.Strong preference for candidates with experience in leading companies such as Sunrun, Sunpower, or Tesla.In-depth knowledge of PV systems, energy storage solutions, and relevant industry standards.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or similar qualifications preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
