Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare leadership preferred.
  • Master’s degree in a clinical or health-related field preferred.
  • Experience leading quality and regulatory programs in hospital settings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical and quality performance management across Orthopedic and Neuroscience Programs.
  • Oversee accreditation and certification activities across MyMichigan Health subsidiaries.
  • Direct data entry and abstraction for MSSIC, MARCQI, AJRR, and stroke guidelines.
  • Serve as clinical/quality educator and mentor for staff across service lines.
  • Collaborate with Infection Prevention, Risk Management, IT, and Health Information Management.
