Job summary

Eaton Corporation, Omaha, NE, is seeking a Quality Manager to join the manufacturing site leadership team. Relocation assistance will be provided as part of the package.

The role requires ownership of the EQMS, ISO 9001 certification activities, and overall manufacturing quality, testing, and supplier quality. You will build scalable quality systems and a high-performing team to ensure Eaton's quality expectations are met for launches and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, engineering, testing, or quality, including leadership responsibility.
• Experience implementing or maintaining ISO 9001-based QMS and leading audits.
• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, measurement systems, and process capability.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment, governance and continuous improvement of EQMS across the facility.
• Lead ISO 9001 certification and audits; maintain audit readiness.
• Drive test operations, product verification, and standard test methods.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed quality into manufacturing processes.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA for quality issues; monitor KPIs and risk.
