Job summary

Turn Up Talent is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and continuously improve the quality function in a metals manufacturing environment, with a focus on cold drawing and roll forming. You will develop and maintain a QMS (ISO 9001), oversee QA/QC from incoming material to final release, drive CAPA, SPC, and structured problem solving across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing (cold drawing and roll forming).
• Hands-on experience with quality systems, inspection methods, process control, and corrective action programs (CAPA).
• Strong working knowledge of SPC, measurement systems analysis, and quality performance metrics.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
• Proven problem-solving capability using structured root cause analysis methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop and mentor a quality team.
• Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a QMS aligned with ISO 9001 and other standards.
• Lead QA/QC activities supporting cold drawing and roll forming from incoming material to final release.
• Establish quality objectives, procedures, work instructions, control plans, and key metrics.
• Oversee process monitoring, in-process inspection, SPC, and quality records.
• Lead CAPA activities and structured problem-solving (8D, PDCA, DMAIC).
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and drive improvement.
• Manage customer quality concerns, non-conformances, returns, and supplier quality performance.
• Coach and develop quality team members.
