You will develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive audits, CAPA, and data-driven improvements to sustain operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
• Proven leadership experience managing quality teams and driving performance.
• Experience leading quality improvement and CAPA methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the quality team to meet customer expectations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies and standards.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects.
• Report KPIs and audit findings to leadership.
