Job summary

Langham Logistics seeks a Quality Manager to lead the quality unit for life science warehouses and distribution facilities. You will drive quality culture and be the primary authority on quality processes, policies and practices in collaboration with clients.

You will oversee audits, regulatory interactions, and CAPA programs, ensuring compliance with evolving GxP standards across the operations in Whiteland, IN. Leadership of direct reports and risk mitigation are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology or other STEM field preferred.
• 7-10 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical and/or Life Science Quality Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality culture and establish policies for warehouse operations.
• Interface with client quality counterparts and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee audits/inspections and quality projects; manage CAPA processes.
