Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc. seeks an experienced Quality Manager to lead QA/QC programs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in quality/engineering related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management, QA/QC, compliance, or process improvement.
• Experience with quality systems, audits, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and effectively across multiple departments.
• Preferred: ISO/QMS experience, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, ASQ certification or related professional certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC programs and processes.
• Establish and monitor quality standards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Conduct audits, inspections, process reviews, and quality assessments.
• Investigate quality issues and lead root-cause and corrective-action initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Oversee quality documentation, procedures, records, and reporting.
• Support QMS, regulatory, contractual, and organizational compliance requirements.
• Analyze quality data and present trends, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, PM and other teams.
• Promote a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement.
