Job summary

Rehrig Pacific in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the plant's quality system and performance, ensuring customer requirements are met and improved. You will lead a team of plant quality technicians and collaborate with NQE to apply standards.

You will train staff on new quality requirements, drive data-driven improvements using SPC, DMAIC and Six Sigma tools, and deliver timely quality reports while reducing process and product variation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in science or engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in Quality Management, ideally in plastics.
• Direct experience with plastic injection molding.
• Ability to lead a 6-10 person quality team.
• Proficient in validation, problem solving, risk tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvements and metrics year over year.
• Train and develop local quality team.
• Deliver quality reports (NCP, Scorecard, Case related VCs, etc.).
• Lead containment and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
