• Develops and maintains quality management system to ensure highest quality parts reach our customers.
• Leads high-performing quality team; trains and guides new hires and current employees.
• Creates and maintains strong relationships with customers and suppliers; ensures expectations are met.
• Performs quality, supplier, process, and other audits as required.
• Defines and executes quality departmental objectives.
• Monitors product quality through audits, inspections, cost reports, and customer scorecards; conducts root cause analyses and communicates resolutions.
• Maintains effective corrective and preventative action plans for continuous improvement in quality metrics.
• Completes other projects as assigned.
