Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of AEC experience, with 3 years preferred in a Quality role.
• USACE/NAVFAC/NRC Construction Quality Management certification preferred.
• Knowledge of standards, specifications, and publications related to job duties.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality management duties for projects.
• Coaches, mentors, and trains project staff in quality management principles.
• Leads and manages quality processes including work planning and audits.
• Maintains relationships with owners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Monitors project quality costs and provides feedback.
