Job summary

Shawmut Design and Construction is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead the quality program across regional projects in the South Florida area. You will partner with operations leadership to embed QA/QC in every phase of the project lifecycle, from preconstruction through warranty, ensuring consistent quality and alignment with the company’s national strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction management with quality leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• LEAN construction experience preferred; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional Quality Management Program across projects in the region.
• Mentor project executives, PMs, Superintendents, and QC Managers in quality practices.
• Oversee regional Project Quality Plans, DFOW logs, inspection/testing plans, and Procore workflows.
• Conduct regional QA/QC audits and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Operations and National Quality Leadership to align practices.
