Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to support the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project in the United States. You will develop and implement quality plans, review contractor QA plans, and monitor testing and inspections to ensure compliance with FTA requirements.

You will lead audits, organize documentation, and guide teams on quality assurance best practices to deliver a safe, reliable transit infrastructure for millions of riders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years' experience in quality management for major public transportation projects.
• Certification in quality management (CQM/CQE) from ASQ or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality plan aligned with client requirements and FTA regulations.
• Review contractor quality and testing plans and recommend acceptance or revisions.
• Monitor construction activities for compliance with standards, submittals, and approved plans.
• Lead audits of quality plan implementation and maintain organized documentation for certification.
