Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficient in quality methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis).
• Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality processes and procedures.
