Job summary

Asahi/America seeks a Quality Manager to own the Quality Management System and lead quality across manufacturing operations. You will maintain ISO 9001 standards while driving process improvements, reducing defects, and strengthening supplier performance to deliver better customer results.

You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to solve issues at the source, lead audits and corrective actions, and apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to achieve measurable quality

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality management systems in manufacturing.
• Hands-on leadership with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive corrective and preventive actions and supplier quality.
• Knowledge of audits, PPAP, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the Quality Management System across operations.
• Lead internal, customer, and supplier audits and CAPA processes.
• Apply root cause analysis, Lean, and Six Sigma to reduce defects.
• Manage supplier quality activities and key validation processes.
• Develop the Quality team and strengthen reporting and training.
