Travels to project sites to assess installation workmanship, verifies program compliance, and provides direct, hands-on Quality coaching to project site leaders. The role will partner closely with General Superintendents to hold projects accountable to established quality standards, drives measurable improvement in quality results, and builds the capability of site leadership to ensure quality outcomes.
