The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards and lead continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires 5+ years of automotive quality leadership experience, strong knowledge of IATF 16949, and injection molding expertise.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
• Lead internal and external audits (IATF, customer, registrar).
• Serve as primary contact for customer quality issues and lead 8D problem solving.
• Oversee injection molding quality performance and defect reduction.
• Lead APQP and PPAP processes for new product launches.
• Develop and manage quality team members.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ensure SPC, Cp/Cpk, PFMEA, and Control Plans are implemented and maintained.

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
• Lead internal and external audits (IATF, customer, registrar)
• Serve as primary contact for customer quality issues and lead 8D problem solving
• Oversee injection molding quality performance and defect reduction
• Lead APQP and PPAP processes for new product launches
• Develop and manage quality team members
