Job summary

The Quality Manager will optimize project execution by ensuring services meet established quality standards, including reliability, usability, and performance. They will lead the development and implementation of quality management systems to ensure the highest standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/quality or related field.
• 7–10 years of directly related quality experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001/AS9100).
• Proficiency in data analysis and quality management software.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the QM Plan and QMS documentation.
• Lead implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct audits and inspections to monitor quality performance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to address quality issues.
