Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a quality leader to deploy and drive the local quality strategy within a Kentucky-based unit. You will oversee prevention, continuous improvement, and robust root cause analysis to meet customer expectations and sustainable operations.

The role requires deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience in global engineering settings, with a preference for manufacturing exposure. Auditor certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality management.
• 5+ years of experience in quality or operations.
• Experience in global engineering environments; manufacturing background preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management standards.
• Auditor / Lead Auditor certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, results-oriented, speed in execution, and listening to others.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details.

Requirements

• 5+ years of working experience within quality or operations.
• Proven experience in process management and quality assurance roles in a global Engineering environment (working with manufacturing companies is preferred).
• Knowledge of quality management standards e.g. ISO9001.
• Auditor / Lead Auditor certification is a plus.
• Excellent communications skills, results-oriented, speed in execution, openness and listening to others.
