Job summary

Staffmark Group in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Quality Manager to lead precision inspections and uphold aerospace quality standards

You will Maintain AS9100 QMS, lead audits, oversee First Article Inspections, and manage CMM programs and metrology tools with a focus on continuous improvement.

Requires 5+ years in quality engineering or management within an AS9100 aerospace CNC environment, with GD&T expertise and blueprint reading skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of quality engineering or quality management experience in AS9100-certified aerospace CNC machining environment.
• Experience inspecting manufactured products to established quality standards and specifications.
• Deep expertise in GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and reading complex engineering prints.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead AS9100, customer, FAA, and NADCAP audits.
• Oversee First Article Inspections (AS9102) and inspection processes.
• Manage CMM programs, metrology equipment, and calibration systems.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for quality issues.
