Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Everett, WA is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Leo inspection center. You will manage a team of quality professionals responsible for incoming, in-process, and final inspections, ensuring compliance with GD&T, IPC-A-610, and J-STD-001 while driving metrics.

This role emphasizes hiring, coaching, and developing staff, implementing inspection procedures, and partnering with engineering for Design for Quality feedback.

Qualificações

• 5+ years direct management & development of Quality Inspection personnel in Aerospace/Medical/Automotive environments.
• 7+ years experience with inspection processes within aviation/aerospace electronics.
• Expert in GD&T (ASME Y14.5), IPC-A-610, J-STD-001 standards.
• Proficient in ISO 9001 / AS9100 / IATF 16949 requirements.
• 5+ years experience with quality concepts/tools such as 8D, DOE, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of quality professionals across incoming, in-process and final inspections.
• Oversee inspection standards and measurement systems implementation and maintenance.
• Own MRB processes including non-conforming material evaluation and corrective actions.
• Drive Lean and 5S, measurement system analysis and process capability improvements.
• Lead internal audits, document control, training, and quality metrics.
• Support new product introductions and manufacturing transfers with inspection criteria.
• Provide DFQ feedback to engineering and implement advanced inspection technologies.
• Review KPIs daily/weekly/monthly and analyze procedures affecting KPIs.
