Job summary

Composite Factory is seeking a Quality Manager to elevate our quality program. You will lead the QA system, partner with engineering for standards, and drive audits and continuous improvement. Excellent documentation, communications, and leadership are essential.

You'll oversee calibration schedules, ensure supplier and internal part conformance, and manage the QA team to uphold stringent manufacturing specs and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance or Engineering required.
• AS9100 ISO Certification and QA auditing knowledge highly valued.
• Strong documentation practices and numerical measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Assurance System and ensure compliance with customer and engineering standards.
• Develop, maintain, and implement ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality processes and work instructions.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and drive continual improvement across the department.
