Job summary

Requirements

• Experience managing or maintaining a manufacturing Quality Management System
• Experience in quality management, quality supervision, or a comparable leadership role
• Working knowledge of document control, internal auditing, and corrective action
• Ability to develop clear procedures and communicate expectations effectively
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to work collaboratively with production teams and company leadership
• Experience preparing for and supporting customer or external audits
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality recordkeeping systems
• Metal fabrication experience preferred
