Job summary

Randstad USA seeks a Quality Manager in Florida to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s quality management systems across electronics manufacturing. You will drive QA, QC, supplier quality, and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

This role ensures compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry standards, mentors a high-performing team, and champions operational excellence to satisfy customers.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a quality leadership role in electronics manufacturing
• Experience implementing and maintaining QMS systems (ISO 9001)
• Strong knowledge of IPC standards and root-cause analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality management systems to meet customer, regulatory, and industry requirements
• Oversee quality assurance, quality control, and supplier quality activities
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functionally partner with production, engineering, supply chain and leadership teams

The Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s quality management systems to ensure all products meet customer, regulatory, and industry requirements. This role oversees quality assurance, quality control, continuous improvement initiatives, supplier quality, and compliance activities within an electronics manufacturing environment. The Quality Manager works cross-functionally with production, engineering, supply chain, and leadership teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

salary: $105,000 - $110,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

The Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s quality management systems to ensure all products meet customer, regulatory, and industry requirements. This role oversees quality assurance, quality control, continuous improvement initiatives, supplier quality, and compliance activities within an electronics manufacturing environment. The Quality Manager works cross-functionally with production, engineering, supply chain, and leadership teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Technical Skills

• strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and electronic manufacturing quality standards.
• Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, etc.).
• Experience with root cause analysis tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, and FMEA.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Safety Management experience would be a plus.

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Certifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
