Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain quality standards, specifications, and inspection techniques.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and implement preventive measures.
  • Train and educate employees on quality control procedures and standards.
  • Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry regulations.
  • Manage and maintain the calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to address quality-related concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality control and implement necessary changes to improve quality processes.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management system certifications is preferred.
