A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A QUALITY MANAGER

As a Quality Manager, you are responsible for leading the organization's quality assurance system and ensuring all products and processes meet internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory expectations. You will oversee internal audit programs, quality documentation systems, and performance metrics to ensure accurate reporting and continuous improvement. Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills are essential as you work across departments to drive problem-solving efforts, manage corrective and preventive actions, and ensure timely and effective closure of quality issues. You will provide direction and oversight for calibration systems and equipment validation to ensure measurement accuracy and reliability. In addition, you will lead the non-conformance process by ensuring thorough investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of effective corrective actions within the quality management system. Skills & Qualifications For a Quality Manager

Education & Experience

• 5 or more years of experience in quality assurance with a strong understanding of mechanical assembly, fabrication, machining, and electrical systems
• Experience with a quality management system for document control, non-conformance, CPA record keeping (Unipoint preferred)
