Turing is seeking a Lead for quality strategy of AI training data and annotation programs. The role focuses on defining quality standards, leading quality teams, and overseeing audits in a fast-paced setting with tight turnaround times.

The position involves evaluating multiple chatbots, balancing quality with speed and cost, and driving continuous improvements across processes, training, and guidelines. Duration is 16 weeks, with five workdays weekly and 7am–4pm PST hours.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in annotation, data labeling, AI training data, multimodal, or LLM evaluation projects is preferred.

Role Overview

Lead the quality strategy for large-scale AI training data and annotation programs. You will define quality standards, manage quality teams, oversee audits, and ensure accurate, consistent, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times.

Offer Details:

1. This is a project-based role involving a defined number of evaluation tasks.
2. Each task will involve comparing multiple chatbots and providing a final assessment.
3. Work Schedule: Five working days per week, including weekends as required, with two weekdays off.
4. Work Hours - 7am-4pm PST
