Job summary

Ovivo is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead the quality management system and ensure ISO9001 compliance across products, services, and processes. You will partner with engineering and production to drive continuous improvement, reduce rework, and strengthen regulatory adherence.

The role requires 5–7 years in QA/QC with leadership experience and deep knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, audits, and risk assessment. A hybrid work arrangement in Texas is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or related field.
• 5–7+ years in quality assurance and quality control, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Experience conducting internal and external audits, root cause analysis and NCR/CAR handling.
• Proficiency with Six Sigma, Lean, SPC and risk assessment techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational and decision-making skills.

The QA/QC Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality assurance and quality control programs to ensure products, services, and processes meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations.

What is the role?

• Manage all aspects of the QMS and ISO9001 program, including creating and modifying procedures, processing NCR/CAR's, completing internal audits, and running the quarterly management reviews.
• Work with engineering and production to improve overall quality, minimize rework, identify problem areas to focus on.

Does this sound like you?

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Experience conducting internal and external audits, root cause analysis, and completing NCR/CAR's.
• Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and risk assessment techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
