Job summary

Epic is seeking a Quality Manager to ensure that our software for health organizations is intuitive and user-friendly. In this role, you'll collaborate with developers, test new features, and specialize in areas like usability design and technical automation.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree and the ability to travel periodically. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and are expected to relocate to Madison, WI (reimbursement provided).

Qualifications

  • A history of academic and professional success.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations at least 3 times per year.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI area is expected (reimbursed).

Join the Quality Management team at Epic and become the last line of defense for software that impacts the lives of 305 million people worldwide. As a Quality Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with developers to craft intuitive tools for health organizations, test new features, uncover bugs, and ensure our software is a joy to use. This role offers exceptional flexibility, allowing you to specialize in areas such as software usability design, technical automation, or project coordination for customer software installations.
