Haygor Instrument & Company seeks a senior Quality Manager to lead the Quality Department and ensure ISO compliance across the organization. You will develop and maintain quality policies, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with regulators and customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Quality Management or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Minimum 5 years in quality management or supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with quality management systems (QMS) and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Quality Department and serve as the primary contact for all quality-related matters.
  • Coach and develop quality team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and compliance across all departments.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain company quality policies and procedures.
  • Ensure consistent compliance with internal and external quality standards.
  • Regularly review and update quality documentation to align with changes.
  • Oversee and maintain ISO certification and lead internal and external ISO audits.
  • Drive corrective actions and monitor ISO performance indicators for leadership.
  • Ensure operations meet applicable industry standards, certifications, and customer requirements.
  • Manage quality approvals, audits, and compliance documentation for customers and regulators.
  • Develop, implement, and track KPIs for quality and safety.
  • Analyze trends in quality data and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare and present regular quality and safety reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Accountability

Industry Compliance and Approvals
