Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and results-driven Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance processes, establish quality standards, and ensure that products, services, and business operations consistently meet organizational requirements.

The successful candidate will develop and implement quality management systems, monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

This is a fully remote position suited to a professional who can lead quality initiatives, analyze performance data, and manage improvement projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Establish quality objectives, performance indicators, and measurable improvement targets.

  • Conduct internal audits, quality inspections, and process evaluations.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, quality control, or quality management.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience conducting audits, identifying process gaps, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and quality management software.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and lead remote teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
  • ISO 9001 internal or lead auditor certification.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and performance reporting.
  • Project management experience or relevant professional certification.

Annual Salary and Benefits
