NOV is seeking a quality professional to proactively improve our quality systems through internal audits, process improvement programs, and collaboration with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.

The ideal candidate will develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards, identify risks with root cause analysis and preventive action, perform audits, and help coach and mentor a growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering.
• 5+ years' relevant work experience.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
