Job summary

Woodward, Inc. in Loves Park, IL, is seeking a Quality Engineer II for 1st shift to ensure product quality and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. You will implement QA processes, analyze quality issues, and mentor teammates while collaborating with engineering and production to uphold high standards.

Quality Engineer II – 1st Shift

• Estimated annual base pay: $75,000.00 (minimum) - $97,000.00 (midpoint) - $120,000.00 (maximum)

• Problem Analysis: Identifies and resolves quality related issues by analyzing data and applying technical expertise and judgment.


• Team Mentorship: Provides informal guidance and support to new team members to enhance their understanding of quality protocols and practices.


• Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborates with engineering, production, and other departments to improve product quality and process efficiency.


• Quality Reporting: Documents and communicates quality metrics, findings, and improvement recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
