Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a seasoned head of quality to lead the quality department, ensure products meet customer requirements, and maintain ISO 9001 and AS9100 Rev D standards in our manufacturing operations.

You will build and guide the quality team, oversee QMS, manage audits with customers and suppliers, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, and partner with production and engineering to achieve defect reduction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of quality experience in manufacturing.
• At least 3 years of quality team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 Rev D.
• Experience with audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
